Butterfly Mobile Diagnostics provides convenient mobile specimen collection for physician-ordered timed laboratory studies in the comfort of your home, workplace, assisted living facility or other approved location.

Certain laboratory tests require blood samples to be collected at specific times throughout the day. We carefully follow your provider's collection schedule to ensure accurate specimen timing and proper laboratory handling.

A valid physician's laboratory order is required for all timed studies.

What Is a Timed Study?

A timed study involves collecting one or more blood specimens at predetermined intervals over a specific period. These tests help healthcare providers evaluate hormone levels, medication effectiveness, adrenal function and other medical conditions that require precise timing.

Your appointment will be scheduled according to your provider's laboratory instructions. Our nationally certified phlebotomist will remain with you or return at the required collection intervals to ensure every specimen is collected at the correct time.

Pricing starts at $150. Extended studies may require additional time and are priced accordingly.
