Butterfly Mobile Diagnostics provides mobile specimen collection services, including but not limited to:

• STAT blood draws
• Urine specimen collection

• Difficult-stick and rolling-vein collections
Butterfly Mobile Diagnostics does not perform laboratory testing, diagnose medical conditions, or provide medical treatment.
All testing is performed by independent laboratories.
Physician Orders Required
A valid physician order may be required before specimen collection services can be performed.
Clients are responsible for ensuring appropriate orders are provided.
Payment Policy
Butterfly Mobile Diagnostics currently operates on a private-pay basis.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Laboratory testing charges are billed separately by the laboratory and may be submitted to your insurance provider according to the laboratory's policies.
